This has a simple composition, so it's easy enough to look at it. For something so simple, I'd assume that the purpose of the image is to present the fin clearly. Without the tips showing, it takes a moment to recognize that it is a fin. Maybe you could make the fact that it is a fin more obvious by providing a background that relates to swimming, like the wet tiles of a pool floor.
The values are varied nicely, bur there are some spots where more values could be added, like where the logo is. The lightest value seens to dominate most of it. Where the heel is, the values blend a little more roughly than the rest of the fin.
I think the impact could be improved the most on this image. The smudges in the background can make drawings less eye catching since it can cone off as just a sketch to people.
The diagonal movement in the composition moves the eye well here, but thinning the lines where there are lighter values (and keeping the lines the same where it is dark) will enhance the flow.
